What are the operating hours of the food ordering platform?

Delivery/pickup is only available on Mon-Fri, 12.00pm – 2.30pm only unless otherwise stated, and not available on weekends and public holidays.

Orders can be placed from a day in advance,  or at least 2 hours before the preferred delivery or pickup time. Our services are not available on weekends and public holidays. However, many of the F&B shops at Guoco Tower are still open for takeaway and self-collections.

You can place multiple items from a maximum of 3 shops in a single order and payment.

We have recently transitioned from www.gtfooddelivery.com to an automated food ordering and payment platform which requires a new URL address – www.guocotower.com/fooddelivery

Delivery is being handled by an outsourced third-party operator.

GT Food Delivery is a food delivery platform that allows you to consolidate orders from different F&B merchants in GT, in a single delivery. Simply place multiple items from up to three F&B merchants in a single order. This is an initiative by GuocoLand to support our merchants and save F&B businesses during this challenging period.
